High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase

High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase that has both 5’→3’ DNA polymerase activity and 3’→5’ exonuclease activity. Its fidelity is 83 times higher than Taq DNA polymerase and 9 times higher than Pfu DNA polymerase.
